1. What this covers
This policy covers payments made to VakeelNama for lawyer plans. Fees for legal work are paid to the lawyer directly and are settled between you and them.
2. Payments that went wrong
If you were charged twice, or paid and the plan did not start, we refund the extra or failed payment in full.
3. Cancelling a plan
You can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Part-used periods are not refunded.
4. How to ask
Write to us from the number on your account within 30 days of the payment, with its date and amount. We reply within 3 working days.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the method you paid with, within 14 working days of approval.
